nutrition month celebration

NUTRITIOUS FOOD, WE SHOULD EAT
    What's best for you? NUTRITIOUS FOODS are the best for us to eat.
    Calories, fats, carbohydrates, and proteins - you've heard of them, but what are they? Why do we need calories? Are fast food restaurants healthy? How can we eat a healthier restaurants?
    Nutritious foods contains calories which measure the amount of energy that the body gets from food. Normal body function like breathing use energy. This energy comes from the food we eat. Kids needs atleast 2000 calories per day. Carbohydrates- simply called sugar. This is the most abundant source of calories on earth. The best source of carbohydrates are celery, rice, potatoes, breads, fruits, and vegetables. Carbohydrates should make up about 50-55% of your daily calories. Fats are actually divided into two groups. Fat are important source of energy. It provide a place for the body to store. Vitamin A, D, E, and K. Protein is also the most plentiful substance in our body. Almost 20% of our weight is protein in our bodies.
    So, this time we all should eat nutritious food and not the unhealthy one.

letter to the president

Dear Mr. President,

    I just want to extend my gratitude to you. Have a pleasant day. I'm wishing you that you are in good health. Mr, President allow me to extend my fully congratulations to you because you are elected as our president. I know that you are generous enough to help, has a good heart and kind enough. I'm hoping that you will continue to help the country. I hope and I wish that you can do more activities and programs  in your administration to our country. I'm hoping also that you will help the government to the schools to give more supplies and to help the teachers to teach the students like me, knowledgeable lessons and topics. I'm hoping that you will help us. This is all what I want to say. Thank you. Keep up the good work you have done. INSPIRE and AWAKEN the Filipinos. All of us. A million thanks Mr. President.
